Core Privacy Guarantee: At PandoBox, your files (PDFs, images, audios, data sheets) never travel to any remote server and are never stored in the cloud. All computations take place locally inside your browser's RAM using modern client-side technologies (WebAssembly, modern JavaScript, and HTML5 Canvas).

1 100% Client-Side Processing

Unlike conventional online file converters that require you to upload your sensitive contracts, tax records, and private photos to unknown remote servers, PandoBox was built from the ground up on strict Privacy by Design principles.

When you drag a file into PandoBox to merge PDFs, compress pictures, crop photos, or extract text with OCR, the raw bytes are processed strictly inside your device's memory. No copy, thumbnail, or metadata is ever dispatched to our servers or third parties. As soon as you close or refresh your browser tab, your system memory is immediately cleared.

2 Personal Data We Do NOT Collect

To use any of PandoBox's 26 tools, you don't need to sign up, create an account, or share personal credentials:

  • No Personal Records: We do not ask for names, physical addresses, passwords, or phone numbers.
  • No File Storage: We maintain zero database records of files processed on this site.
  • No Document Indexing: We do not log filenames, content strings, or document metadata.

3 Advertising & Third-Party Cookies (Google AdSense)

To keep PandoBox completely free and accessible without subscription paywalls for students, educators, and professionals worldwide, we serve advertisements powered by Google AdSense and its certified advertising partners.

In full compliance with Google AdSense program policies and global privacy regulations:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to PandoBox and/or other sites on the internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4 Browser Local Storage (LocalStorage)

PandoBox uses standard localStorage purely for user experience preferences:

  • Remembering your visual theme preference (Light Mode vs. Dark Mode).
  • Remembering your chosen language (English, Spanish, or Portuguese).

This data remains solely inside your browser and can be wiped at any time by clearing your browser cache.
